Please upload a clear, high-resolution photo of your pet, preferably a front or side view.
Ensure that your pet’s face and features are clearly visible. Avoid photos that are too dark or blurry.
If you have specific requests, please provide details when placing your order.
2. Artwork Description
Headshot Drawing: Only the pet's face will be drawn.
Full-Body Drawing: The artwork will include your pet’s full body from head to tail.
Please clearly select the type of drawing you need and provide detailed instructions.
3. Delivery Time
Once we receive your photo and order, the artwork will be completed within 3-5 business days and sent to you via email.
During high-demand periods or holidays, delivery time may be extended. Please check the website announcement or contact us for the latest information.
4. Electronic File Format
All artwork will be sent via email in high-resolution JPEG/PNG format.
The files are suitable for printing or as digital backgrounds.
5. Revision Policy
Each order includes unlimited free revisions. Revisions will be processed after receiving your feedback.
6. Refund Policy
Since this is a custom digital product, refunds are not available once the artwork creation has started.
After confirming the draft image, we will make further revisions to meet your requests as much as possible.
